Welcome! These Terms & Conditions are here to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of how our classes work, what’s expected, and how we can keep our learning container safe, supportive, and respectful.
By registering, you are agreeing to the following:
1) Participation & Responsibility
All teachings are shared for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your wellness practices. You are responsible for your own well-being and choices during and after the course.
2) Assumption of Risk & Release of Liabilit
Our gatherings may include activities like herbal preparation, crafting, ritual, meditation, or personal reflection. By joining, you acknowledge that there may be risks involved and you agree to take responsibility for your own experience.
By enrolling, you release and hold harmless Callie North, Aquarius Bloom, and any guest teachers, helpers, or affiliates from any claims, injuries, or damages connected to your participation.
3) Indemnification (Protecting Each Other)
If your actions or choices cause a legal claim to be made against us, you agree to cover any related costs, expenses, or damages. This simply ensures that each participant is responsible for their own conduct and choices, and that no one else is unfairly held responsible.
4) Refund & Cancellation Policy
Up to 2 weeks before the class (unless supplies have already shipped): You may request a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
After that: All sales are final, with no refunds or credits.
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, non-attendance, or technical difficulties on the participant’s side.
5) Technology & Access
Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection, Zoom access, and required materials. If you have technical issues, recordings may be shared at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
6) Group Chat & Community Agreements
Classes often include a private online group chat (such as WhatsApp, Signal, or similar) for connection between participants. By joining the chat, you agree to:
Maintain a tone of respect and kindness.
Keep the group space confidential (do not share others’ words, images, or experiences outside the group without consent).
Unequivocally avoid hate speech, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Anyone engaging in harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior will be removed from the class and group chat immediately, without refund.
7) Intellectual Property
All course content, recordings, handouts, and materials are the creative work of Callie North / Aquarius Bloom/Jessica Love. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without written permission.
8) Health & Medical Responsibility
Herbal and ritual practices can interact with medications and health conditions. You are responsible for knowing your body and confirming safety with a professional if needed. Pregnant, nursing, or managing health conditions? Please consult your healthcare provider before joining in herbal practices.
9) Payments & Fees
If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to complete the plan in full. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of these Terms. Any fees from failed payments or chargebacks are your responsibility.
10) Force Majeure (Unexpected Events)
If unforeseen events beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, power outages, etc.) affect scheduling, we may reschedule or adjust delivery of the class. We’ll always do our best to provide reasonable alternatives.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. If any disputes arise, both parties agree to try to resolve them informally before turning to legal action.
12) Acceptance of Terms
By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
